摘要
阐述了农业资源优化配置与生态环境的关系,提出了水土流失率、植被覆盖率等6项资源优化配置的环境指标、区域化发展战略原则和分地区发展战略构思。
This paper expounds the relation between superior disposition of agriculture resources and ecological environment, puts forward 6 items of environment target for superior disposition of resources, such as: rate of water loss and soil erosion, rate of vegetation etc. and the strategic principle for regional development and strategic conception of developing region by region.
