摘要
采用水热合成法在不同碱度下制备出纺锤状、片状和棒状纳米氧化锌(ZnO)粉体,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)和冷场扫描电镜(FE-SEM)对样品的物相结构和形貌进行了表征。以质量浓度为10mg/L的亚甲基蓝(MB)为目标污染物,研究了不同形貌纳米ZnO的光催化活性,并讨论了其生长机理及形貌对光催化性能的影响。结果表明,当n[Zn(NO3)2·6H2O]∶n(NaOH)=1∶5时,得到的片状纳米ZnO粉体的光催化活性最高。
ZnO nanospindles,nanosheets,nanorods were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method in the condition of different alkalinity.The phase structure and morphology were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM).The photocatalytic activity of nano-ZnO with different morphologies was investigated using methylene blue(10mg/L)as target pollutant.The growth mechanism of nano-ZnO and the effect of different morphology on the photocatalytic activity were also discussed.It was demonstrated that the ZnO nanosheets had the best photocatalytic performance when the molar ratio of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O∶NaOH was 1∶5.
