沥青质对原油乳液稳定性影响的分析 被引量:5

摘要 将原油中提取出的沥青质加入石蜡基原油,从破乳脱水率、乳液粘度、界面膜强度三方面分析了w(沥青质)对原油乳液的稳定性作用。从原油乳液破乳脱水率研究沥青质的稳定作用,证明当w(沥青质)<0.3%,随w(沥青质)增加乳状液的脱水率由90.3%快速降低至22.7%,沥青质显著增强原油乳液稳定性,但继续增加w(沥青质),增强乳液稳定性能力下降;加入沥青质后,由显微镜观察到乳液液滴粒径减小,液滴数量增加;沥青质使原油乳液粘度增大;加入沥青质对油水润湿性影响不大,沥青质使油-水界面膜强度增大。 The influence of asphaltene content on the stability of the crude oil emulsion was investigated from three aspects;including the demulsification dehydration rate,the viscosity of the crude oil emulsion and oil-water interfacial film strength,by adding asphaltenes in paraffin-base crude oil.When the asphaltene content below 0.3%,the emulsion dehydration rate reduced quickly from 90.3%to 22.7% with the increase of the asphaltene content and the stability of the crude oil emulsion was improved obviously;but enhanced the ability of the emulsion stability was decreased with its content continually increased.With the addition of asphaltene,the emulsion droplets size decreased and the number of droplets increased observed by microscope;the emulsion viscosity increased.The asphaltene content had less impact on the oil-water interface wettability while the strength of oil-water interfacial film would increased.
