摘要
对国内外异戊橡胶生产装置中溶剂回收和单体精制单元采用的工艺流程进行比较,详尽分析了各流程路线的优缺点。建立合理的溶剂回收和单体精制流程,在保证回收溶剂和回收单体质量的前提下,通过热集成技术回收装置其它单元的低品位热能是异戊橡胶生产装置连续稳定长周期运行,并有效地控制生产成本的关键技术之一。
In this paper,the technological process of the solvent recovery and monomer purification unit in isoprene rubber plant at home and abroad was compared.The advantages and disadvantages of the different technological process were analyzed in detail.Under the guarantee of the quality of recovered solvent and monomer,by the utilization of low-grade heat from other part of production plant,establishment of the reasonable process is one of key technology which can achieve stable operation for a long period of running and control the cost of production.
