摘要
根据炼油厂常减压塔顶冷凝系统存在的腐蚀情况,以肉桂醛、苯乙酮、苯胺为原料,在水相中加入相转移催化剂(PTC)合成了一种新型曼尼希碱缓蚀剂。采用静态挂片失重法,在模拟炼厂常减压装置中HCl-H2S-H2O型腐蚀环境下进行缓蚀性能评价,确定了最佳合成条件:n(醛)∶n(酮)∶n(胺)=1.0∶1.0∶1.0,合成反应温度75℃,反应时间7h;最佳的相转移催化剂为β-环糊精,用量为合成反应体系总质量的0.3%。对最佳条件下合成的缓蚀剂进行了综合评价,结果表明在腐蚀温度90℃,腐蚀时间5h,缓蚀剂加入量占腐蚀反应体系总质量0.2%的条件下,展现了很好的缓蚀性能。
A new kind of neutralization corrosion inhibitor,whose main content is Mannich base,was mixed by cinnamaldehyde,acetophenone and aniline,was developed to weaken the corrosion problem and mechanism of condensation system at the top of atmospheric-vacuum distillation tower in the refinery.Through orthogonal experiments,combining the corrosion effect of steel pieces in the simulated HCl-H2S-H2 O corrosion environment of atmospheric-vacuum distillation units,determined the optimal synthesization condition.The mole raio of raw material:cinnamaldehyde:acetophenone∶aniline=1.0∶1.0∶1.0,temperature:75℃,time:7h.Cyclodextrin is optimum phase transfer catalyst,dosage is0.3%.Through the method of weightlessness,the inhibitor showed a good function.
