摘要
以乙二胺和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,通过Michael加成和酰胺化缩合反应分别合成了0.5代聚酰胺-胺树状大分子PAMAM-Me和1.0代聚酰胺-胺树状大分子PAMAM-NH2,再利用PAMAM-NH2的端基与吡啶-2-甲醛进行希夫碱反应,制备了一种新型树枝状桥联亚胺基吡啶-2-甲醛配体,产率达到95%以上。作者还讨论了新型配体的合成及分离工艺条件,最后采用红外光谱法对配体的分子结构进行了表征。
In this paper,the 0.5Gdendrimer PAMAM-Me and 1.0Gdendrimer PAMAM-NH2 were separately synthetized by Michael addition reaction and amidation condensation reaction with ethylenediamine and methyl methacrylate as raw materials.The terminal groups of PAMAM-NH2 were used further to prepare the new type dendritic bridged imino-pyridine-2-formaldehyde ligands vis Schiff base reaction with pyridine-2-formaldehyde,and the yield of the product reached more than 95%.The synthesis and separation conditions for the new ligands also were discussed in this paper.Finally,the molecular structures of the ligands were characterized by infrared spectroscopy.
