液相色谱法测定聚乙烯添加剂中复配抗氧剂AT-1010、AT-168

Determination of antioxidants AT-1010 and AT-168 in PE additives by LC

主要介绍一种聚乙烯添加剂中复配抗氧剂AT-1010、AT-168质量分数的液相色谱分析方法,采用Spherisorb ODS2-C18反相柱,以甲醇为流动相,紫外检测器检测,波长为275nm,外标法定量。该法线性回归系数分别为r=0.999 86和r=0.999 49,回收率为97.3%~99.3%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~2.7%。该方法操作简便、准确、快速。

This paper introduces a liquid chromatography analytical method determining mass fraction of antioxidants AT-1010 and AT-168 in PE additives.This method applies Spherisorb ODS2-C18 reversed phase column,UV detector(with wavelength of 275nm),using methanol as mobile phase,and external standard method as quantitative analysis method.This LC approach has the linear regression coefficient of r=0.999 86 and r=0.999 49,recovery rate of 97.3%~99.3%,and relative standard deviation(RSD)of 0.8%~2.7%respectively.This LC approach has good operability,high accuracy and efficiency.
