w(石墨)对NAO摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用热压固化方法制备了一种新型无石棉有机(Non-asbestos organic:NAO)摩擦材料,研究了w(石墨)对摩擦材料力学性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,随着w(石墨)的增加,材料密度逐渐降低;材料的冲击强度先增大后减小,当w(石墨)=4%时材料的冲击强度达到最大值4.15kJ/m^2。摩擦和磨损性能测试结果表明,w(石墨)对摩擦材料的低温摩擦系数影响较小,对高温摩擦系数影响较明显。当w(石墨)=4%时可以有效提高摩擦材料的高温摩擦系数和高温抗磨损性能,且w(石墨)越高,材料高温磨损率越低。 A new non-asbestos organic(NAO)friction material was prepared by a hot-pressing curing method.The effects of graphite content on mechanical properties and friction properties were investigated.The results showed that the density of NAO friction material decreases with the increasing of graphite content,and its impact strength increases at first and then decreases.The heating and cooling curves of friction coefficient both indicated that the added graphite has little effect on the low-temperature friction property of the material,however,its high-temperature friction property increases at first and then decreases with the increasing of graphite.Introducing 4% graphite can most effectively improve the high-temperature friction coefficient and reduce the heat fading of NAO friction material.Its wear rates at high temperatures are significantly reduced by adding graphite.In the range of graphite content studied in this research,the higher the graphite content,the lower the wear rate.In a word,the best content of graphite for the new friction material is about 4%.
