摘要
以丁酮肟、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(HDI)为原料,合成了封闭型水性阳离子异氰酸酯固化剂。采用了红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、马尔文粒径仪等对其进行了表征,产物在水中可以实现良好的水分散,其粒径为73.94nm,初始解封温度为130℃。用非等温DSC法对其解封行为进行了研究,得出了解封反应最概然机理为三维扩散,球形对称,三维(3D),减速形曲线,解封反应的表观活化能基本保持稳定,对于FRL和FWO法,表观活化能分别为150.0、146.5kJ/mol。
Diacetylmonoxime,N,N-dimethylethanolamine and HDI were used to prepare cationic water-soluble blocked polyurethane.Fourier Transform Iinfrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR),Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC)and Malvern Laser Particle Size Analyzer were used to characterize the stucture.Product can be water dispersion.The diameter is 73.94 nm and initial deblocking temperature is 130℃.In this paper,the apparent mechanism of the process of deblocking of the the reaction was analyzed by non-isothermal DSC method,the reactive mechanism was a three dimensional diffusion.according to the Friedman-Reich-Levi(FRL)and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)models,the apparent activation energies were 150.0kJ/mol and 146.5kJ/mol,respectively.
