摘要
介绍了水溶性聚磷酸铵传统的生产方法:磷酸尿素缩合法、磷酸铵盐尿素缩合法、磷酸铵五氧化二磷聚合法,重点介绍了国内最新合成水溶性聚磷酸铵的方法:磷酸脲法、磷酸铵盐制取法、湿法磷酸法,对各种生产方法的优缺点进行了归纳总结,最后对水溶性聚磷酸铵的现状进行了简要小结和对未来进行了展望。
Water soluble ammonium poly phosphate is an important and efficient nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer,its traditional manufucturing methods include phosphoric acid-urea condensation method,urea-ammonium phospate condensation method,ammonium phospate-phosphorus pentoxide condensation polymerization,these commonly used traditional methode have many disadvantages:such as,ammoniated environment,high energy consumption,the process requires a tail gas recovery device etc.This paper introduced some new synthesis methods of water soluble ammonium polyphosphate:urea phosphate,ammonium phosphate,wet process phosphoric acid method;summarized and compared these methods,and put forward development trend.
