摘要
酸性水汽提装置是炼油厂重要的环保装置,随着装置大型化与进口原料油硫含量的逐步升高及环保标准的逐步严格,酸性水处理和利用日益受到重视。介绍了中国石油吉林石化公司炼油厂利用单塔加压侧线汽提工艺对酸性水综合利用的方法,单塔加压侧线汽提工艺的工艺原理、工艺流程、消耗定额,汽提塔塔顶酸性气送至硫磺回收装置进行硫磺回收利用,汽提塔侧线得到的粗氨焚烧后放空。经过单塔加压侧线汽提工艺处理所得的净化水COD降到300mg/L以下,氨氮、硫化氢质量分数都在40μg/g以下,净化水回用率达到52%以上,净化污水的排放达到环保要求,利用单塔加压侧线汽提工艺炼油厂酸性水实现了综合利用。
Acid water stripping unit is an important environmental protection device in oil refinery.With the expansion of plant production capacity,the increasing of the sulfur content in imported crude oil and the gradually strict of environmental standards,the acidic water treatment and utilization is gradually concerned by people.This paper described a method of Jilin Petrochemical Co Refinery,which is using single tower pressured side stripping process.Process principle,process flow and consumption quota of single tower pressured side stripping process were introduced.Acid gas on the top of stripping tower was transmitted to the sulfur recovery unit to recycle sulfur.Crude ammonia obtained from side streams of stripping tower was vented after burning.COD of purified water getting from single tower pressured side stripping process dropped to no higher than 300mg/L,concentration of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were below the 40μg/g,Purified water can meet the requirements of environmental protection,its reuse rate reached more than 52%.Acid water in oil refinery achieved the comprehensive utilization.
