摘要
结合中国石油吉林石化公司乙烯厂乙烯装置新区凝液运行现状,对新区凝液系统进行评估,将新区凝液系统流程进行进一步优化改造,在凝液进入除氧器前增加一台低压凝液闪蒸罐,解决了制约锅炉除氧器液位平稳控制的问题,将凝液中汽液相彻底分离,消除凝液中汽液相混合物扰动除氧器液位控制的难题,同时合理利用了汽相部分蒸汽,消除了蒸汽能源的浪费。
Combining the condensate operation status in the new ethylene plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company,the authors assessed the condensate system in the new plant,further optimized the process of the condensate system.Through adding a low pressure condensate flash drum before the condensate entered deaerator,the problem of restricting boiler deaerator level smooth control was solved.Gas-liquid two-phase of condensate was separated completely and the problem that gas-liquid two-phase mixture disturbed the level control was solved.Meanwhile,some steam in gas phase was used reasonably and the waste of steam energy was eliminated.
