鳖池水体中优势菌的初步研究

Preliminary Study on the Dominant Bacteries in the Soft-shelled Turtles Ponds

对各种养鳖池中的水体进行细菌分离,共获得四种优势菌,经细菌学鉴定分别为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonashydrophila)、温和气单胞菌(A.sobria)、豚鼠气单胞菌(A.caviae)和费氏枸椽酸杆菌(Citrobacterfreundii)。各水体中均存在此四种优势菌,且其对小鼠的毒力反应一致,24h内供试小鼠全部死亡。此四菌株亦可诱发中华鳖发病死亡,当感染菌数为5×107个/只,7d内幼鳖发病死亡率达100%。

Four species of preponderant bacteria(Aeromonas hydrophila,A.sobria,A.caviae & Citrobacter freundii)were isolated from the rearing waters of Trionyx sinensis They were virulent to both healthy rat and healthy T.sinensis.After infection with 5×107 cells of each species,the mortality of both were 100% in a week.
