摘要
利用RAPD技术 ,采用从 2 0 0个 10碱基随机引物筛选的 2 2个引物对 14个蜜桃品种的基因组DNA进行扩增。通过扩增 180个位点的谱带的聚类 ,分析供试蜜桃的系统发育 ,将供试的蜜桃品种分为 3组 ;并运用特殊谱带 ,建立了蜜桃的分子检索表 ,提出了特殊保存的蜜桃种质有秋蜜、太原水蜜、深州红蜜和温州水蜜。
The genomic DNAs of 14 accessions of mitao peach ( Amygdalus persica var. vulgaris ) were amplified by RAPD (randomly amplified polymorphic DNA) with 22 primers selected from 200 arbitrary 10 decamer primers.Phylogenetic relationship was analyzed through cluster of the bands in 180 amplified loci.The experimental accessions were divided into three groups.Molecular checking index and conservation of key germplasm which included 4 cultivars named Qiumi,Taiyuanshuimi,Shenzhouhongmi,Wenzhoushuimi were put forward according to the special bands.
