摘要
根据已发表的新城疫病毒 (NDV)的核苷酸序列设计了 5对引物 ,采用RT PCR技术 ,分别扩增新城疫病毒长春株基因组中的F、HN、M、P及NP基因 ,并克隆和测定序列。与新城疫弱毒LaSota株和V4株进行同源性比较 ,并对NDV长春株、LaSota株及F48E9株F蛋白分子结构的疏水性及抗原表位分析 ,表明NDV长春株具有新城疫病毒弱毒株的特性。
By reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction technique,F,HN,M,P and NP gene of NDV Changchun strain were amplified,cloned and sequenced,respectively,and compared the homology of their nucleotides and amino acid sequences with them of LaSota and V 4 strain The hydrophobicity and antigenicity of NDV Changchun,LaSota strain and F 48 E 9 strain of fusion protein molecular structures were analysed The results showed that Changchun strain was same as those of LaSota strain and was differences in those of F 48 E 9 strain.It suggested that NDV Changchun strain was a lentogenic strain
