药物联合心理干预治疗急性脑卒中后睡眠障碍的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of drug combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of sleep disorders after acute stroke

目的:探讨药物联合心理干预治疗急性脑卒中后睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选择2014年2月-2017年2月在我医院进行治疗的急性脑卒中后睡眠障碍的患者60例,按照随机数字的方法将全部患者分为对照组与观察组各30名,对照组患者在常规治疗基础上口服艾司唑仑,观察组患者对照组治疗方法的基础上进行心理干预,对治疗的效果进行对比。结果:完成治疗后,两组患者的睡眠潜伏期,总睡眠时间,觉醒次数,非快速动眼时相时间,快速动眼时相时间,睡眠质量评分神经功能缺损程度评分数据均出现了改善,观察组患者改善的程度大于对照组患者,数据差异均具有统计学意义(t=4.900,-16.615,3.795,3.751,-6.107,-9.081,-2.707,3.910,3.173;P<0.05),观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(Z=2.914,P<0.05)。结论:使用药物联合心理干预治疗急性脑卒中后的睡眠障碍,可以显著改善患者的睡眠质量,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of drug combined psychological intervention on sleep disorders after acute stroke.Methods:A total of 60 patients with apoplexy after acute stroke were treated in our hospital between February 2014 and February 2017.According to the method of random numbers,all the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group was treated on the basis of oral estazolam,and patients in the observation group were given psychological intervention on the basement of oral estazolam.The efficacy of the treatments in the two groups were compared.Results:After the completion of treatment,sleep latency,total sleep time,awake time,non REM phase time,REM phase time,sleep quality score of neurological impairment score data in all the patients were improved,the improvement degree of the patients in the observation group were larger than those in the control group(t=4.900,-16.615,3.795,3.751,-6.107,-9.081,-2.707,3.910,3.173;P <0.05).The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference of data was statistically significant(Z=2.914,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of drugs combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of sleep disorders after acute stroke can significantly improve the quality of sleep and improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
