摘要
目的:探讨工作压力对扶贫地区村干部工作满意度的影响及心理资本在其中的中介作用。方法:采用工作压力量表、工作满意度量表及心理资本量表对广东省扶贫地区的369名村干部进行调查。结果:①扶贫地区村干部工作压力与工作满意度存在显著负相关(r=-0.284,P<0.01),心理资本与工作满意度存在显著正相关(r=0.471,P<0.01);②心理资本对扶贫地区村干部的工作压力与工作满意度关系的调节作用不显著(t=-0.679,P>0.05),中介作用显著(c’=-0.227,b=0.441,P<0.001)。结论:扶贫地区村干部的工作满意度与工作压力及心理资本水平存在密切相关,村干部的工作压力还可以通过心理资本影响工作满意度。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction of village officials in poverty areas,and the mediating effect of psychological capital on this relationship.Methods:A total of 369 village officials in Guangdong province were tested in the study via the method of Work Stress Questionnaire,Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and Psychological Capital Questionnaire.Results:①There was a significantly negative correlation between work pressure and job satisfaction(r=-0.284,P<0.01),and a significantly positive correlation between psychological capital and job satisfaction in village leaders in poverty alleviation areas(r=0.471,P<0.01).②The role of psychological capital in regulating the relationship between job pressure and job satisfaction of village cadres in poverty-relief areas was not significant(P>0.05),and the mediating effect was significant(c’=-0.227,b=0.441,P<0.001).Conclusion:The work satisfaction of village cadres in poverty alleviation areas is closely related to job stress and psychological capital level.The work pressure of village cadres can also affect job satisfaction through psychological capital in part.
