Structural equation analysis on influencing factors of postgraduates’ psychological capital

摘要 目的:探讨研究生心理资本的影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查的方法,对3481名研究生进行集体测试。结果:①研究生与导师的关系对研究生心理资本4个维度影响均不显著(P>0.05);②导师指导能力对研究生自我效能感、韧性的影响显著(路径系数为0.06,0.04;P<0.05);③研究生的人际关系对除自我效能感外的其它3个维度影响均显著(路径系数为0.07,0.19,0.46;P<0.05);④研究生的自我感受对研究生心理资本4个维度影响均显著(路径系数为0.93,0.87,0.76,0.51;P<0.05)。结论:导师因素对研究生心理资本影响有限,研究生心理资本主要受研究生的个人感受和人际关系的影响。 Objective: To explore the influencing factors of psychological capital of postgracduates.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 3481 postgraduates.Results: ① The relationship between graduate students and tutors had no significant effect on the four dimensions of postgraduate psychological capital(P>0.05).② Mentor ability had significant effect on self-efficacy and toughness of postgraduates(Path coefficient= 0.06.0.04;P <0.05).③The interpersonal relationship of postgraduates had significant effect on the other three dimensions besides selfefficacy( Path coefficient = 0.07,0.19,0.46;P<0.05).④ The self-perceptions of postgraduates had significant influence on the four dimensions of postgraduate psychological capital(Path coefficient = 0.93,0.87,0.76,0.51;P<0.05).Conclusion : The mentor factor has a limited impact on the psychological capital of postgraduates. The psychological capital of postgraduates students is mainly influenced by the personal feelings and interpersonal relationships of the graduate students.
