心理康复对创伤性截肢患者不良情绪和生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological intervention on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with amputation

目的:观察探讨心理康复对创伤性截肢患者不良情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年01月至2017年12月我院接收治疗的创伤性截肢患者90例,根据干预方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,给予对照组常规治疗干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理康复干预,比较干预前后两组患者焦虑抑郁和生活质量评分情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.031,8.726;P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者生理功能、精神状态、社会功能、一般健康评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.03,8.375,8.105,9.372;P<0.05)。结论:心理康复干预可缓解创伤性截肢患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,有利于提高他们的生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on negative emotion and quality of life ofpatients with amputation.Methods:We selected 90patients with amputation from our hospital receiving in January2016to December 2017,and divided them into observation group and control group according to the different nursingmeasures,with 45cases in each group;The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group wasgiven psychological intervention,We compared the anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)and life quality score of thetwo groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)and thedepression self-rating scale(SDS)score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the controlgroup,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.031,8.726;P<0.05);After the intervention,the observation group of patients physiological function,mental status,social function and general health scored significantlyhigher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological rehabilitation intervention can alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in traumatic amputees,which can improve their quality of life.
