全子宫切除患者术后抑郁症状与人格特征和社会支持的相关性

Correlation analysis of postoperative depression symptoms,personality traits and social support in patients after hysterectomy

目的:探讨全子宫切除患者术后抑郁症状与人格特征和社会支持的相关性。方法:选取我院2013年3月-2017年2月收治的80例进行子宫全切术患者为研究对象,运用社会支持量表(SSRS)、抑郁量表(SDS)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对所选对象进行调查分析。结果:①子宫全切患者术后抑郁SDS评分为(54.62±16.81)分,社会支持总分(36.52±8.35),人格特征各维度得分分别为内外向(8.45±2.79)分,神经质(17.52±4.31)分,精神质(6.73±2.24)分,掩饰性(7.56±2.19)分;②相关性分析显示,子宫全切患者术后抑郁与社会支持、内外向呈负相关(r=-0.675,-0.527;P<0.01),与精神质、神经质、掩饰性呈正相关(r=0.641,0.518,0.642;P<0.01);③为进一步了解子宫切除患者抑郁状况与人格特征及社会支持之间的关系,以抑郁评分为自变量,以社会支持、内外向、神经质、精神质为因变量进行多元回归分析,分析结果显示社会支持、内外向、神经质、精神质均进入回归方程。结论:子宫全切术后患者其术后抑郁情况发生情况明显高于正常成年女性,其原因可能与患者的社会支持以及个人人格特征相关。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between postoperative depression symptoms,personality traitsand social support in patients undergoing total hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 80cases of hysterectomy in our hospital from March 2013to February 2017were selected as the research object,Social support scale(SSRS),depressionscale(SDS)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)were used to investigate the selected subjects.Results:①SDS scored(54.62±16.81)and total social support scored(36.52±8.35)in hysterectomy patients,The scores of personality traits in all dimensions were:Extroversion(8.45±2.79),neurotic(17.52±4.31),mental(6.73±2.24)andcover(7.56±2.19)points,② The correlation analysis showed that postoperative depression in patients with uterinehysterectomy was negatively correlated with social support and extroversion(r=-0.675,-0.527;P<0.01),and waspositively correlated with psychoticism,neuroticism and disguise(r=0.641,0.518,0.642;P<0.01),③ To furtherunderstand the relationship between depression status and personality characteristics and social support in patientswith hysterectomy,using depression score as independent variable and multiple regression analysis with social support,extroversion,neuroticism and psychotic as dependent variables,The analysis showed that social support,introversion,neuroticism and spirituality all entered the regression equation.Conclusion:The postoperative depression rateof patients after hysterectomy is obviously higher than that of normal adult women.The reason may be related to thesocial support of patients and personal personality characteristics.
