摘要
目的:了解反刍思维和心理韧性对高中生学业拖延的影响机制。方法:采用反刍思维量表(RRS)、青少年心理韧性量表(RSCA)和《中学生学业拖延问卷》对246名高中生进行调查。结果:①相关分析结果显示:反刍思维和学业拖延之间正相关显著(r=0.304,P <0.001),反刍思维和心理韧性之间负相关显著(r=-0.317,P <0.001),心理韧性和学业拖延之间负相关显著(r=-0.483,P<0.001);②中介效应分析结果显示:心理韧性的个人力因素在反刍思维和学业拖延之间存在部分中介,中介效应占总效应的31.85%。结论:反刍思维可直接影响学业拖延,也可以通过心理韧性作用间接影响学业拖延。
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between rumination and academic procrastination in high school students.Methods:Totally 246high school students were assessed with the Ruminative Responses Scale(RRS),Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent(RSCA)and Academic Procrastination Scalefor High School Student.Results:① The RRS scores were positively correlated with the scores of academic procrastination(r=0.304,P<0.001).While the RRS scores were negatively correlated with the scores of the RSCA(r=-0.317,P<0.001).And the scores of the RSCA were also negatively correlated with the scores of academic procrastination(r=-0.483,P<0.001).②The individual factor of resilience played a mediating role between rumination andacademic procrastination,and the mediation effect accounted for 31.85%.Conclusion:Rumination can directly influence the academic procrastination and indirectly influence it through the mediator of the individual factor of resilience.
