高职生一般自我效能感与网络成瘾:应对方式的中介作用

Relationship between self-efficacy and internet addiction:Mediating role of coping styles

目的:探讨高职生网络成瘾、一般自我效能感与应对方式三者的关系。方法:采用随机整群取样方法,于2016年6月从某高职院校以班级为单位随机选取了大一年级学生的8个班级425人,采用中文网络成瘾量表(CIAS-R)、一般自我效能感评定量表(GSES)和应对方式量表(CSQ)进行调查研究。采用SPSS23.0统计软件对数据进行描述统计及Pearson相关分析,用层次回归分析方法评估中介效应。结果:男生的网络成瘾量表得分显著高于女生(t=1.78,P<0.05);网络成瘾越高的被试一般自我效能感得分越低(F=2.46,P=0.08),且在不成熟应对方式和混合型应对方式上得分均显著更高(F=28.82,17.51;P<0.001);网络成瘾各个因子与应对方式的不成熟应对、混合型应对以及一般自我效能感之间相关显著(P<0.01),一般自我效能感与应对方式的成熟型维度、不成熟型维度相关显著(P<0.05);中介效应检验发现,成熟性应对方式在一般自我效能感与网络成瘾之间的关系存在部分中介作用。结论:一般自我效能感可以负向预测网络成瘾,成熟型应对方式在一般自我效能感对网络成瘾的影响中起到部分中介作用。

Objective:To determine the relationships among general self-efficacy,internet addition and copingstyles in vocational college students.Methods:Based on random cluster sampling methods,we recruited 425first yearcollege students of 8classes in June 2016,A survey was made with Chinese Internet Addiction Scale’s Revision(CIAS-R),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ),The collected data were analyzed statistically by Pearson linear correlation and a hierarchical regression analysis was used to evaluate the mediation effect with SPSS23.0.Results:Internet addiction score in males were higher than females(t=1.78,P<0.05),High-addicted students got lower self-efficacy scores than others(F=2.46,P=0.08)and tend to adopt immaturecoping style and mixed style than others(F=28.82,17.51;P<0.001);The data revealed that subscales of internetaddiction were significant correlated with subscales of immature coping style and mixed style,and general self-efficacy(P<0.01)and there was a significant correlation between self-efficacy and mature coping style and immaturecoping style(P<0.05);Mediator analysis showed that the coping styles played a partial intermediary role betweengeneral self-efficacy and internet addiction.Conclusion:Self-efficacy may have an effect on the internet addictionpartially through the mediating role of coping style.
