心理康复对改善老年高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者负面情绪和生活质量的效果

Effect of psychological intervention on anxiety or depression and quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension

目的:探讨心理康复对改善老年高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者负面情绪和生活质量的效果。方法:选取2014年10月至2017年10月我院接收治疗的老年高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者110例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例,给予对照组常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理康复干预,比较干预前和干预后两组患者焦虑(SAS)和抑郁(SDS)和生活质量评分情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=19.15,17.21;P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者生理功能、精神状态、社会功能、一般健康评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理康复干预可缓解老年高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,血压明显得到控制,有利于生活质量的提高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety or depression and quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:Selected the 110 elderly patients with hypertension from our hospital receiving in Oct.2014 to Oct.2017,divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures,with 55 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given psychological intervention.Compare the anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)and life quality score of the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)and the depression self-rating scale(SDS)score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(SAS score t=19.15;SDS score t=17.21;P<0.05);After the intervention,physiological function,mental status,social function and general health score were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(t=9.057,5.310,5.888,8.275;P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological rehabilitation intervention can alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety,depression and other negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in elderly patients with high blood pressure,and the blood pressure is obviously controlled,which is conducive to the improvement of life quality.
