双心医学模式对慢性心力衰竭伴焦虑抑郁状态患者心率变异性及心功能的影响

Effect of two heart medical model on heart rate variability and heart function in patients with chronic heart failure accompanied by anxiety and depression

目的:探讨双心医学模式对慢性心力衰竭伴焦虑抑郁状态患者心率变异性及心功能的影响。方法:选择2015年8月到2017年8月之间在我院进行治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者359例,按照随机数字的方法将患者分为两个组,对照组(179名患者)和观察组(180名患者),对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组干预方法基础上使用双心医学模式进行干预,对干预的效果进行分析。结果:经过干预后,两组患者的焦虑评分,抑郁评分,心率变异性指标,心功能指标的数据均出现了改善,观察组患者的改善幅度大于对照组患者,数据差异均具有统计学意义(t=29.050,18.265,-9.931,-14.767,-11.009,-8.278,-8.942,-15.170;P<0.05)。结论:使用双心医学模式对慢性心力衰竭的患者进行干预,可以显著降低患者焦虑与抑郁的程度,改善心率变异性与心功能的指标,值得在临床范围内推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of two heart medical model on heart rate variability and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and anxiety and depression.Methods:359 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected.According to the random number method,the patients were divided into two groups,the control group(179 patients)and the observation group(180 patients).The patients in the control group were given routine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with the double heart medical model on the basis of the control group intervention,and the effect of the intervention was analyzed.Results:After the intervention,the anxiety score,the depression score,the heart rate variability index and the cardiac function index were improved in the two groups.The improvement of the patients in the observation group were greater than those of the control group(t=29.050,18.265,-9.931,-14.767,-11.009,-8.278,-8.942,-15.170;P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of the patients with chronic heart failure by using the two heart medical model can significantly reduce the level of anxiety and depression,and improve the index of heart rate variability and cardiac function.It is worth promoting in the clinical range.
