摘要
目的:设置3~6岁儿童自信心课程干预方案,并检验该方案提升自信心的效果。方法:以某市某普通幼儿园3~6岁儿童为被试,开展为期3个月的自信心课程干预,实验组11人,对照组12人,在干预前后由受培训后的教师对被试的自信心进行评定。结果:干预前,实验组和对照组在自我效能感、自我表现、成就感以及自信心总体水平上的得分无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,实验组的自我效能感(t=-4.69,P<0.01)、自我表现(t=-3.92,P<0.01)、成就感(t=-2.51,P<0.05)以及自信心总体水平(t=-4.53,P<0.01)相比干预前显著提升,对照组在各项的前后测得分没有显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,实验组在自我效能感(t=3.93,P<0.05)、自我表现(t=2.67,P<0.05)和成就感(t=2.24,P<0.05)上的得分都显著高于对照组,在自信心总体水平上得分高于对照组,差异边缘显著(t=3.73,P=0.06)。结论:本研究所设置的自信心课程干预方案对3~6岁儿童的自信心具有显著的提升效果。
Objective:To improve the level of self-confidence of children aged from 3 to 6 years by setting up a curriculum intervention program.Methods:Children aged from 3 to 6 years from a kindergarten were taken as subjects,the intervention was conducted for 3 months.There were 11 children in the experimental group and 12 children in the control group.The trained teachers rated self-confidence of these 23 children by completing the self-confidence questionnaire before and after the intervention.Results:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in levels of self-efficiency,self-expression,sense of achievement,and the overall self-confidence between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,children in the experimental group exhibited higher levels of self-efficiency(t=-4.69,P<0.01),self-expression(t=-3.92,P<0.01),sense of achievement(t=-2.51,P<0.05),and the overall self-confidence(t=-4.53,P<0.01)than before,while no significant difference in these levels was observed in the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,children in the experimental group exhibited significantly higher levels of self-efficiency(t=3.93,P<0.05),self-expression(t=2.67,P<0.05),and sense of achievement(t=2.24,P<0.05)than those in the control group,their level of overall self-confidence was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was marginally significant(t=3.73,P=0.06).Conclusion:The curriculum intervention program in the present research has a significantly enhancing effect on self-confidence of children aged from 3 to 6 years.
