摘要 目的:在国内已有研究的基础上编制了一套适用于对高校辅导员获得感进行研究的评价指标体系。方法:通过问卷星调查系统进行网上调查,获得了一个862人的样本,根据研究需要将该样本随机分成两个子样本(各含431人),子样本一进行项目分析,进而构建高校辅导员获得感评价指标体系,子样本二对该指标体系的测量学特性进行检验。结果:首次编制了由12个项目组成的高校辅导员获得感评价指标体系,该指标体系的信度良好,内在一致性系数为0.729,校标效度为0.371,验证性因素分析结果表明,其构想效度比较理想。结论:高校辅导员获得感评价指标体系可以作为研究我国高校辅导员获得感的一种可供选择的工具。 Objective:To develop an index system to evaluate college counselors’sense of achievement based on the related researches in homeland.Methods:A sample of 862 people was obtained through a questionnaire survey system.According to the research needs,the sample was randomly divided into two sub-samples(each containing 431 people).Sub-sample 1 was used for item analysis,and the index system of college counselors’sense of acquisition was developed.Sub-sample 2 was used to examine the characteristics of the index system.Results:The final index system included 12 items.It was proved that the index system had satisfactory reliability(Cronbach’s alpha was 0.729),ideal criterion-related and structural validity.Conclusion:The index system can be used to the future research about college counselors’sense of achievement.
