摘要
目的:考察大学生的生命意义感、病理性互联网使用与时间管理的关系。方法:对611名大学生用时间管理问卷(TMQ)、青少年病理性互联使用量表(APIUS)与中文生命意义感问卷(C-MLQ)进行测查。结果:①生命意义感与时间管理正相关(r=0.51,P<0.001),而病理性互联网使用与生命意义感负相关(r=-0.33,P<0.001),与时间管理负相关(r=-0.36,P<0.001);②病理性互联网使用群体占比12.8%,在生命意义感、时间管理上得分均低于正常群体和边缘群体;③病理性互联网使用在生命意义感与时间管理中有部分中介作用,其中介效应占总效应的比例为13.53%。结论:生命意义感是大学生时间管理的保护因素,病理性互联网使用是两者的部分中介因素。
Objective:investigate the relationship between meaning in life(MIL),pathological internet use(PIU)and time management(TM)in college student.Methods:Totally 611 college students were assessed with the Time-Management Questionnaire(TMQ),Adolescent Pathological Internet Use Scale(APIUS)and Chinese Meaning in Life Questionnaire(C-MLQ).Results:①There was a significantly positive correlation between MIL and TM(r=0.51,P<0.001).PIU had a negative correlation with MIL(r=-0.33,P<0.001),as well as a significantly negative correlation with TM(r=-0.36,P<0.001).②The PIU group accounted for 12.8%,and on MIL and TM were significantly lower than those of normal and marginalized groups.③PIU had partial mediating effect on MIL and TM,and the proportion of mediator effect was 13.53%.Conclusion:MIL is a protective factor for TM of college students,and PIU is part of the mediating factors.
