康复干预对预防尿毒症长期透析患者并发恶性肿瘤的效果

The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention of malignant tumor in hemodialysis patients with uremia

目的:分析康复干预对预防尿毒症长期透析患者并发恶性肿瘤的效果。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年12月我院收治的尿毒症长期透析患者100例,根据干预方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。给予对照组常规干预,给予观察组实施综合康复干预,比较两组患者干预后恶性肿瘤发生率和预后情况。结果:干预后观察组患者恶性肿瘤发生率6%,明显低于对照组肿瘤发生率20%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.332,P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者生理功能、精神状态、社会功能、一般健康评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.013,7.163,8.543,8.730;P<0.05)。结论:综合康复干预可降低尿毒症长期透析患者恶性肿瘤发病率,提高患者预后回归社会比例。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention of malignant tumor in hemodialysis patients with uremia.Methods:100 hemodialysis patients with uremia from our hospital receiving in Jan.2014 to Dec.2016 were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures,with 50 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care.We compared the incidence and prognosis of malignant tumors of the two groups of patients.Results:After nursing,incidence of malignant tumor patients was 6%after the intervention group,significantly lower than that of the control group with 20%incidence of tumor(χ~2=4.332,P<0.05).After the intervention,the observation group of patients’physiological function,mental status,social function and general health score were significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.013,7.163,8.543,8.730;P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the morbidity and mortality of patients with long-term dialysis of uremia and improve the prognosis of patients.
