摘要 目的:建立军医大学学员Kolb经验学习风格常模,为开展教学改革、对比各类院校、各类学生提供参考和依据。方法:采用Kolb经验学习风格量表3.1版本,选取我国3所军医大学5392名学员和南方医科大学1323名医学生进行测评。结果:①军医大学学员总体在具体经验、反思观察、抽象假设、主动实验4个学习环节的得分分别为:31.91、33.17、34.02、33.87,仅不同院校层次的学员在具体经验环节、不同专业的学员在抽象假设环节、不同年级的学员在4个学习环节的得分有差异(F/t=3.986,6.106,5.788,7.809,8.250,6.111;P<0.01);②军医大学学员总体Kolb经验学习风格分布为:发散型占78.5%、吸收型占13.7%、调节型占5.0%、集中型占2.8%,不同院校层次、专业、年级学员之间有统计学差异(χ~2=46.285,19.950,23.134,P<0.01),不同性别学员之间未见统计学差异(χ~2=0.978,P=0.807);③3所军医大学学员与南方医科大学学生的经验学习风格分布有统计学差异(χ~2=48.460,P<0.001)。结论:经验学习风格对于军医大学学员意义显著,在不同年级中分化较为明显;军医大学学员Kolb经验学习风格常模以发散型为明显特征,与一般常模不同,不受性别因素的影响。 Objective:To build norm of Kolb experimental learning styles of military medical students,and to put preference and basis for teaching reforms and comparing different colleges and different students.Methods:The 5392 students in 3 military medical universities and 1323 students in Nan-fang Medical university were both surveyed on 3.1 version of Kolb Experimental Learning Styles questionnaire.Results:①The scores of military medical students in 4 learning links of CE,RO,AC and AE were respectively 31.91,33.17,34.02,33.87.It only showed statistical significance in the scores of CE link between different college levels,AE link between different specialties and 4 learning links among different grades(F/t=3.986,6.106,5.788,7.809,8.250,6.111,P<0.01).②The distribution of Kolb experimental learning styles of the students were that the diverging type was 78.5%,assimilating was 13.7%,accommodating was 5.0%and converging was 2.8%.It showed statistical significance in the distribution among different college levels,specialties and grades(χ~2=46.285,19.950,23.134,P<0.01),still no statistical significance between different genders(P>0.05).③It showed statistical significance of experimental learning styles between the students in 3 Medical Universities and those in Nan-fang Medical university(χ~2=48.460,P<0.001).Conclusion:It shows notable significance of experimental learning styles for military medical university students,and the differentiation of styles is obvious among different grades.The characteristics of Kolb Experimental Learning Styles Norm of military medical students is mainly diverging type,and the norm is not influenced by the gender factor,which is different from the other norms.
