大学生抗挫折心理能力对学业挫折感的影响:积极心理品质的中介作用 被引量:11

College students' anti-frustration mental ability and dependence on academic frustration: The intermediary function of positive psychological quality

摘要 目的:探寻大学生抗挫折心理能力与学业挫折感的关系,考察积极心理品质在其中所起的中介作用。方法:采用"大学生积极心理品质问卷""学业挫折感问卷""抗挫折心理能力问卷"对全国32所本科院校1651名学生进行问卷调查,并采用SPSS 22.0和Amos 21.0软件进行数据分析。结果:①大学生抗挫折心理能力与学业挫折感之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.407,P<0.01);②大学生抗挫折心理能力与积极心理品质之间存在显著正相关(r=0.297,P<0.01);③大学生学业挫折感与积极心理品质之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.146,P<0.01);④大学生抗挫折心理能力不仅对学业挫折感有显著负向预测作用,而且通过积极心理品质对学业挫折感起到显著负向预测作用,而大学生积极心理品质对学业挫折感起显著负向预测作用。结论:大学生积极心理品质在学业挫折感与抗挫折心理能力之间起到部分中介作用。 Objective:To explore the relationships between college students’anti-frustration mental ability and academic frustration,and examine the mediating effects the positive psychological quality.Methods:The measure of this study was including the'College Students’Positive and Psychological Quality Questionnaire''Academic Frustration Questionnaire''Anti-Frustration Mental Ability Questionnaire'.A total of 1651 undergraduates in 32 provinces nationwide were investigated.Results:①College students’anti-frustration mental ability was significantly and negatively correlated to academic frustration(r=-0.407,P<0.01);②College students’anti-frustration mental ability was significantly and positively correlated to positive psychological quality(r=0.297,P<0.01);③College students’academic frustration was significantly and negatively correlated to positive psychological quality(r=-0.146,P<0.01);④College students’anti-frustration mental ability not only had significantly negative prediction function to the academic frustration and through the positive psychological quality of academic,it also had significantly negative prediction function on academic frustration.College students’positive psychological quality had significantly negative effect on academic frustration.Conclusion:The positive psychological quality has a partial intermediary effect between the vision of life and resilience.
