摘要
目的:探讨同伴依恋与青少年抑郁症状的关系,并检验情绪调节效能感在其中的中介作用,为开展青少年心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用同伴依恋量表,情绪调节效能感量表和抑郁量表,对858名青少年进行问卷调查。结果:①同伴依恋、情绪调节效能感与抑郁相关显著(P<0.01);②同伴依恋(B=-0.18,P<0.001)、表达积极情绪效能感(B=-0.04,P<0.001)、管理消极情绪效能感(B=-0.11,P<0.001)可负向预测青少年的抑郁症状;③表达积极情绪效能感和管理消极情绪效能感在同伴依恋影响青少年抑郁中均发挥中介作用。结论:安全的同伴依恋有助于青少年形成积极地情绪调节信念,这对降低青少年的抑郁症状起缓冲作用。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the peer attachment and depression among Chinese adolescents,and examine the mediating effect of regulatory emotional self-efficacy,which can give the suggestion to adolescents’psychological health education.Methods:IPPA,SRESE and CDI were administered to 858 high school students in Guangzhou.Results:①Peer attachment and regulatory self-efficacy had close relationships with depression(r=-0.42,-0.33,-0.43;P<0.001);②Peer attachment(B=-0.18,P<0.001),POS(B=-0.04,P<0.001)and NEG(B=-0.11,P<0.001)could effectively negative predict depression;③Regulatory emotional self-efficacy could serve as the mediating variable between peer attachment and depression.Conclusion:Security peer attachment may have a direct impact on depression,also indirect impact on it through regulatory emotional self-efficacy.
