乳腺癌根治术患者心理困扰与心理弹性及社会支持的相关性

Correlation analysis of psychological distress,psychological resilience and social support in patients with radical mastectomy

目的:探讨分析乳腺癌根治术患者心理困扰与心理弹性及社会支持的相关性。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年1月在我院行乳腺癌根治术的95例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用凯勒斯心理困扰量表(K10)、心理弹性量表简化版(CD-RISC10)、社会支持量表(PSSS)对患者心理困扰、心理弹性及社会支持情况进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果:①根据K10含22分的划分标准,无心理困扰的患者有13例(13.68%),有心理困扰的患者有82例(86.31%);②乳腺癌根治术患者心理弹性总分为(91.56±4.00)分,各维度中,坚韧得分较自强、乐观高;③乳腺癌根治术患者心理困扰得分与心理弹性得分呈负相关(P<0.05),心理困扰得分与社会支持总分及各维度得分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:心理弹性、社会支持为乳腺癌根治术后患者心理困扰的重要影响因素,心理弹性可直接影响患者心理困扰程度,也可通过社会支持对其产生间接影响。

Objective:To investigate the correlation of psychological distress,psychological resilience and social support in patients with radical mastectomy.Methods:A total of 95 breast cancer patients undergoing radical mastectomy in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and investigated by the 10-item Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K10),10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC10)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Then the correlation of psychological distress,psychological resilience and social support was analyzed.A total of 95 valid questionnaires were returned and the question and answer rate was 100%.Results:①According to the criterion of 22 points in K10,there were 13 patients(13.68%)without psychological distress and 82 patients(86.31%)with psychological distress;②The total CD-RISC10 was(91.56±4.00),in each dimension,the toughness score was higher than that of the self-esteem and optimistic;③The psychological distress score was negatively correlated with psychological resilience score(P<0.05),total score of the social support and each dimension(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological resilience and social support are important influencing factors for the psychological distress of patients after radical mastectomy.Psychological resilience can directly affect the degree of psychological distress of patients,and can also be indirectly affected by social support.
