社会认知交互训练对双相情感障碍患者社会功能影响

Effect of social cognitive interaction training on relapse rate in patients with bipolar disorder

目的:探讨社会认知交互训练对双相情感障碍患者社会功能影响。方法:对60例双相情感障碍患者进行药物治疗,并对其中30名进行社会认知交互训练等心理康复干预措施。分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表17版本(HAMD-17)、杨氏躁狂评定量表(YMRS)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)和认知功能检测简版(FAST)对患者精神状态情况、应对能力、认知受损表现进行评定和比较。结果:在为期12周社会认知交互训练治疗后,实验组在HAMD-17评分明显低于对照组(t=-4.876,P<0.01),在YMRS评分上低于对照组(t=-9.586,P<0.01);在积极应对得分上高于对照组(t=3.329,P<0.01),而在消极应对上低于对照组(t=-2.390,P<0.05)。在FAST各项因子和总分上,实验组得分明显低于对照组(t=-2.288^-7.759;P<0.05)。结论:社会认知交互训练能够很好促进患者管理自己情绪,改善社会功能,显著降低复发率、提高服药依从性,回归社会。

Objective:To A total of explore the effect of social cognitive interaction training on social function of patients with bipolar disorder.Methods:60 patients with bipolar disorder were given drug therapy and 30 patients of them were given psychological rehabilitation interventions.The patients’mental status,coping ability and cognitive impairment were evaluated and compared with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),the HAMD-17(YMRS),the simple coping style scale(YMRS),the simple coping style scale(SCSQ)and the cognitive function test simple version(FAST).Results:After 12 weeks of social cognitive interaction training,the scores of HAMD-17 was significantly lower(t=-4.876,P<0.01)in the experimental group than that in the control group,and the total YMRS score was too lower(t=-9.586,P<0.01);The positive response score in SCSQ was significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(t=3.329,P<0.01),but the negative response score was lower(t=-2.390,P<0.05);Among the factors scores and total score of FAST,the experiment group were significantly lower than the control group(t=-2.288^-7.759,P<0.05)Conclusion:The social cognition interaction training can improve the patients’emotion,improve the social function,reduce the recurrence rate,improve the compliance of medicine,and return to the society.
