摘要
目的:了解消防官兵职业使命感现状及其与职业倦怠的关系。方法:对北京市某区215名消防官兵进行问卷调查,对调查数据使用spss统计软件进行分析。结果:①消防官兵的职业使命感均分及3个维度均分在(4.10±0.76)到(4.45±0.74)之间,职业倦怠均分及3个维度均分在(1.58±0.83)到(2.58±1.04)之间;②在各个人口学变量上职业使命感的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③职业使命感与职业倦怠之间负相关显著(r=-0.515^-0.163,P<0.05);④职业使命感对职业倦怠的回归显著,标准系数β职业使命感=-0.511,t=-8.768,P<0.001。结论:消防官兵职业使命感水平较高,且负向预测其职业倦怠水平。
Objective:To explore the current situation of calling of the firefighters and its relationship with job burnout.Methods:A questionnaire survey was carried out among 215 firefighters in a certain district.Then the data were analyzed by SPSS 20.Results:①Firefighters’scores of calling and its three dimensions were between 4.10 and 4.45,while the scores of job burnout were between 1.58 and 2.58.②There were no statistically significant differences in calling among demographic variables(P>0.05).③There were significant negative correlations between calling and job burnout(r=-0.515^-0.163,P<0.05).④The regression of calling to job burnout was significant(β=-0.511,t=-8.768,P<0.001).Conclusion:Firefighters’calling is in the high level and significantly negatively predictive to job burnout.
