卡通游戏式健康教育对人工耳蜗植入术患儿听觉功能及生活质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨卡通图片式健康教育对人工耳蜗植入术患儿听觉功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2016年1月-2017年6月收治的人工耳蜗植入术患儿142例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各71例。对照组给予患儿包括认知教育、心理干预、行为指导、随访等等在内的常规健康教育,观察组给予卡通游戏式健康教育。随访6个月,比较两组患儿接受治疗及护理的依从性、听觉功能、生活质量。结果:观察组患儿接受治疗与护理依从率90.14%明显高于对照组74.65%(χ~2=5.874,P<0.05);信心、警觉、意义等听觉整合问卷(MAIS)维度评分均明显高于对照组(t=4.295,12.676,9.789;P<0.05);生理功能、心理功能、社会功能等Nijmegen人工耳蜗植入量表(NICQ)维度评分明显高于对照组(t=7.903,7.833,9.377;P<0.05)。结论:卡通游戏式健康教育有助于提高人工耳蜗植入术患儿接受治疗与护理的依从性,促进听觉功能恢复,改善生活质量。 Objective:To explore the effect of cartoon picture health education on auditory function and quality of life in children with cochlear implantation.Methods:A total of 142 children with cochlear implantation from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 71 cases each.The control group was given routine health education including cognitive education,psychological intervention,behavior guidance,follow-up and so on,while the observation group was given cartoon game health education.Follow up for 6 months,we compared two groups of children treatment and nursing compliance,hearing function,quality of life.Results:The compliance rate of treatment and nursing in the observation group was 90.14%,higher than 74.65%in the control group(χ~2=5.874,P<0.05);the dimension scores of MAIS such as confidence,alertness and significance were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=4.295,12.676,9.789;P<0.05);Physiological function,psychological function and social function scores of EN Cochlear Implantation Questionnaire(NICQ)were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=7.903,7.833,9.377;P<0.05).Conclusion:Cartoon game health education can improve the compliance of children with cochlear implantation in treatment and nursing,promote the recovery of auditory function and improve the quality of life.
