抗压能力对心理危机干预的影响:心理弹性的中介作用

Impact of compressive capacity on psychological crisis intervention:The mediating role of psychological resilience

目的:该研究探讨抗压能力对心理危机干预的影响,心理弹性在抗压能力对心理危机干预影响路径中起到的效果。方法:本研究以584名志愿者为样本,使用了坚韧人格量表、心理弹性量表和简明心境量表,探讨了抗压能力、心理危机干预与心理弹性之间的关系。结果:结构方程模型拟合效果良好(RMSEA=0.057,TLI=0.9,GFI=0.83,CFI=0.91,AGFI=0.81)。抗压能力对心理干预效果的路径系数显著,为0.68(P<0.01);抗压能力对心理弹性的路径系数显著,为0.82(P<0.01);心理弹性对心理干预效果的路径系数显著,为0.35(P<0.01)。结论:发现抗压能力对心理危机干预有积极作用,心理弹性在抗压能力与心理危机干预之间起到部分中介作用。

Objective:To explore the impact of compressive capacity on psychological crisis intervention,and the effect of psychological resilience on the path of compressive capacity to psychological crisis intervention.Methods:In this study,A total of 584 volunteers were used as samples,and the relationship between compressive capacity,psychological crisis intervention and psychological resilience were explored using the Tough Personality Scale,Mental Resilience Scale and Concise Mood Scale.Results:The structural equation model had a good fitting effect(RMSEA=0.057,TLI=0.9,GFI=0.83,CFI=0.91,AGFI=0.81).The path coefficient of the effect of compressive capacity on psychological intervention was significant(r=0.68,P<0.01);The path coefficient of compressive capacity to psychological resilience was significant(r=0.82,P<0.01);the path coefficient of psychological resilience on psychological intervention was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The compressive capacity has a positive effect on psychological crisis intervention.and psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role between compressive capacity and psychological crisis intervention.
