医院女职工心理压力状况分析及其心理健康教育干预的疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的:调查松滋市第三人民医院女职工心理压力状况,并探讨心理健康教育的干预效果。方法:对我院80名医院女职工进行心理压力状况、心理健康水平进行调查,并探讨心理健康教育干预的效果。结果:80名医院女职工,心理压力源总均分(2.91±0.64)分,有非常大压力9名(11.25%),较大压力52名(65.00%),轻微压力12名(15.00%),无压力7名(8.75%)。与国内常模相比,医院女职工症状自评量表(SCL-90)中躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子评分及总均分均明显增高(t=2.284,3.111,2.373,2.855,4.472,2.921,8.373,4.384,6.222,5.793;P<0.05)。实施心理健康教育后,医院女职工心理压力源、SCL-90量表得分较干预前均明显降低(t=4.666,3.106;P<0.01)。实施心理健康教育后,医院女职工应对方式问卷中解决问题、求助、合理化评分较干预前均明显增高(t=-7.792,-11.919,-20.958;P<0.01),自责、幻想、退避评分较干预前明显降低(t=9.566,10.778,7.599;P<0.01)。实施心理健康教育后,医院女职工世界卫生组织生存质量评定简表中生理领域、心理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域评分较干预前均明显增高(t=-3.599,-3.428,-4.785,-2.836;P<0.05)。结论:松滋市第三人民医院女职工心理压力水平较高,存在心理健康问题。心理健康教育能够有效缓解女职工心理压力,促进心理健康,提高生活质量。 Objective:To investigate the mental stress of female employees in the third people’s hospital of Songzi and explore the intervention effects of mental health education.Methods:The mental stress and mental health level of 80 female employees in the hospital were investigated,and the effects of mental health education intervention were discussed.Results:The total score of mental stress source of the 80 female employees was(2.91±0.64)points.There were 9 female employees(11.25%)with very high stress,52(65.00%)with high stress,12(15.00%)with slight stress and 7(8.75%)without stress.Compared with the domestic norm,somaticization,coercion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychotic factor scores and total scores were significantly increased in the Women’s Symptom Self-Assessment Scale(SCL-90)(t=2.284,3.111,2.373,2.855,4.472,2.921,8.373,4.384,6.222,5.793;P<0.05).The scores of psychological stress source and SCL-90 of female employees in the hospital were significantly decreased after intervention(t=4.666,3.106;P<0.01).Scores of problem solving,help-seeking and rationalization were significantly increased after the intervention(t=-7.792,-11.919,-20.958;P<0.01),scores of self-accusation,fantasy and retreat were significantly decreased after the intervention(t=9.566,10.778,7.599;P<0.01).The scores of physiological,psychological,environmental and social relations fields in the World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment Profile were significantly increased after the intervention(t=-3.599,-3.428,-4.785,-2.836;P<0.05).Conclusion:Female employees in XX hospital have relatively higher mental stress and mental health problems.Mental health education can effectively alleviate the mental stress of female employees,promote mental health and improve their quality of life.
