思维导图模式健康教育对重症患儿家长抑郁、焦虑心理的影响 被引量:15

Influence of health education guided by mind map on depression and anxiety of parents of critically ill children

摘要 目的:探讨思维导图模式健康教育对重症患儿家长抑郁、焦虑心理的影响。方法:选择我院于2017年1月至2018年1月期间收治的重症患儿114例及家长114例作为研究对象,按照随机表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各57例。对照组对患儿家长进行常规健康宣教,观察组在对照组基础上对患儿家长进行思维导图模式健康教育。比较两组干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、家长知信行问卷评分及干预后家长满意度。结果:两组干预后患儿家长SAS和SDS评分降低;观察组干预后患儿家长SAS和SDS评分低于对照组(t=-8.914,-9.165;P<0.05)。两组干预后知识、信念、行为和总分增加;观察组干预后知识、信念、行为和总分高于对照组(t=6.944,8.753,7.310,10.072;P<0.05)。观察组干预后家长总满意率(96.49%)高于对照组(77.19%)(χ~2=9.289,P<0.05)。结论:思维导图模式健康教育可明显减轻重症患儿家长抑郁、焦虑负性心理情绪,且可提高家长满意度,具有重要研究意义。 Objective:To explore the influence of health education guided by mind map on depression and anxiety of parents of critically ill children.Methods:A total of 114 cases of severe children and 114 parents in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random table method,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education to the parents of the children,and the observation group was guided by mental map based health education on the basis of the control group.The scores of self rating Depression Scale(SDS),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),parents’questionnaire and parents’satisfaction after intervention were compared before and after the intervention of the two groups.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in the parents of the two groups were reduced,and the SAS and SDS scores of the parents in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=-8.914,-9.165;P<0.05).The knowledge,belief,behavior and total score of the two groups were increased.The knowledge,belief,behavior and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(t=6.944,8.753,7.310,10.072;P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group(96.49%)was higher than that of the control group(77.19%)(χ2=9.289,P<0.05).Conclusion:The mind map model health education can obviously reduce the negative psychological emotion of the parents of the severe children,and can improve the parents’satisfaction,which has important significance.
