急诊危重患者家属疾病不确定感与心理弹性和应对方式的相关性

Correlation between disease uncertainty and psychological resilience,coping styles in family members of critically ill patients in emergency department

目的:探讨急诊危重患者家属疾病不确定感与心理弹性和应对方式的相关性。方法:选取2017年1-12月我院急诊科收治的150例危重患者的家属为研究对象,采用Mishel疾病不确定感家属量表、心理弹性量表和简易应对方式问卷评估患者家属的疾病不确定感,心理弹性和应对方式,并分析疾病不确定感与心理弹性、应对方式之间的关系。结果:150例急诊危重患者家属疾病不确定感总分为56~120分,平均(94.49±9.21)分;不同年龄(F=0.000,P=1.000)、性别(t=-0.785,P=0.434)、文化程度(F=0.207,P=0.813)患者家属Mishel疾病不确定感量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者家属心理弹性得分范围为40~79分,平均(58.91±8.15)分;积极应对平均(1.79±0.51)分,消极应对平均(1.82±0.49)分;患者家属疾病不确定感总分与心理弹性总分呈负相关(r=-0.231,P=0.004),与消极应对呈正相关(r=0.237,P=0.003)。结论:急诊危重患者家属疾病不确定感与心理弹性和应对方式有关。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between disease uncertainty and psychological resilience,coping styles of family members of critically ill patients in emergency department.Methods:The family members of 150 critically ill patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected for the study.The Mishel disease uncertainty scale of family members,psychological resilience scale and simple coping styles questionnaires were used to evaluate the disease uncertainty,psychological resilience and coping styles of family members.And the relationships between disease uncertainty and psychological resilience,coping styles were analyzed.Results:The total score of disease uncertainty of family members of 150 critically ill patients was 56-120 points with an average of(94.49±9.21)points.There were no statistically significant differences in the Mishel disease uncertainty scale score of family members with different ages,gender and education level(P>0.05).The family members’psychological resilience score ranged from 40 to 79 points with an average of(58.91±8.15)points.The mean positive response score was(1.79±0.51)points and the mean negative response score was(1.82±0.49)points.The total score of disease uncertainty of family members of patients was negatively correlated with total score of psychological resilience(r=-0.231,P<0.01),and was positively correlated with negative coping style(r=0.237,P<0.01).Conclusion:Uncertainty of illness among family members of critical patients in emergency department is related to psychological resilience and coping style.
