内科护理中风险管理的具体应用探讨

Internal medicine nursing risk management in the specific application

目的:探讨风险管理在内科护理中的应用效果。方法:将我科2015年1月-3月接收的50名患者作为对照组,采用常规护理模式,对4-6月收治的50名患者作为观察组,采用风险管理模式,对实施前后的护理质量、护患纠纷及患者的满意度等情况进行比较、分析,以对风险管理在内科护理中的应用效果进行评价。结果:采用风险管理模式护理的患者护理差错率及投诉率均低于对照组,且患者满意度也较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险管理在内科的护理的应用可以有效降低护理差错发生率,提高患者满意度,值得在临床护理中进行推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of risk management in the application of medical care.Methods:Our department in January 2015-march to receive 50 patients as control group,the conventional nursing mode,about 4-6months were 50 patients as observation group,adopts the model of risk management,the quality of care before and after the,dispute of nurses and patients and patients’ satisfaction,and so on and so forth,compare and analyze to the application of risk management in internal medicine nursing effect were evaluated.Result:The risk management mode of nursing care of patients with nursing error rate and measured are lower than the control group,and patient satisfaction is higher also,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The application of risk management in internal medicine nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing errors,improve patient satisfaction,is worth popularizing in clinical nursing.
