摘要
假病毒(Pseudotyped virus)是指包膜蛋白不是由其本身携带的基因编码,而是由另一种病毒的基因编码的病毒颗粒。由于假病毒具有安全性高,宿主范围广泛,更容易浓缩成高滴度,稳定性好,转染效率高等优点,因而在研究病毒与宿主细胞之间相互关系、受体鉴定、中和抗体检测、基因治疗等方面应用十分广泛。
Pseudotyped virus is a virus particle bearing glycoproteins(GP)derived from other enveloped viruses.Pseudotyped viruses are effective vehicles that widely used for research the interrelation between virus and host cell,identified the receptor,the neutralizing antibody detection and gene therapy all due to the broad tropism,superior biosafety and stability of the resulting pseudotypes.
