子宫腺肌病病灶U型切除27例临床分析

目的:探讨U型切除子宫肌层对子宫腺肌病的治疗效果。方法:选取2009年5月-2015年5月我院接诊的54例子宫腺肌病患者,观察组27例患者进行子宫腺肌病病灶的U型切除术,对照组患者接受了V型大部切除术,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及住院天数均显著低于对照组,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫腺肌病患者采用U型病灶切除术具有较好的手术效果,安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of U type excision of the uterine muscle layer on the treatment of the patients with the disease.Methods:In 2009 may 2015may in our hospital admissions of 54 cases of adenomyosis patients,observation group(27cases)patients with lesions of adenomyosis of the U-shaped resection and patients in the control group received the V-shaped excision and observation of the therapeutic effect in the two groups.Result:The operation time,bleeding volume and hospitalization days in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with the U type of the lesions of the patients with the use of the type of lesion resection has a good effect,safe and reliable.
