2010～2013年荆门市居民户食用盐碘含量监测结果分析

Residents users analysis of monitoring results of iodine content of edible salt in Jingmen city during 2010 to 2013

目的:了解荆门市2010~2013年居民户碘盐监测结果,分析存在的问题。方法:根据《全国碘缺乏病监测方案(试行)》和《湖北省碘盐监测实施细则》中规定的抽样方法进行随机抽查和结果判定,盐碘测定采用GB/T 13025-1999中的直接滴定法。结果:4年来,共监测5个县(市、区),121个乡镇(街办),484个村的居民户食用盐5868份,碘盐合格率为98.07%;非碘盐率为0.21%;居民户盐碘中位数为25.6-31.8mg/kg,其中2013年为25.6mg/kg(是因当年食用盐碘含量调整为25±30%mg/kg所致);以县(市、区)为单位,碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率,每年均在90%以上;碘盐覆盖率每年均在98%以上。结论:各县(市、区)居民户合格碘盐食用率每年均在90%以上,表明荆门市在实现消除碘缺乏病目标后,食盐加碘预防措施仍继续得到了很好的落实。

Objective:To understand the household iodized saltmonitoring results in,Jingmen city 2010 to 2013,analysis of existing problems.Methods:According to the "national iodine deficiency disease monitoring program(Trial)" and "the implementation of the provisions of sampling method of iodized salt monitoring in Hubei province" in details by random sampling anddetermination of results,iodized salt was determined by direct titrationmethod in GB/T 13025-1999.Result:In 4years,a total of 5counties(city,monitoring,district),121townships(street offices),484 village residents edible salt 5868,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 98.07%;the rate of non iodized salt for 0.21%;Household median salt iodine was 25.6-31.8mg/kg,which in 2013 was 25.6mg/kg(for the adjustment of salt iodine content is the result of 25±30%mg/kg);In the county(city,district)as the unit,the qualified rate of iodized salt,iodized salt,each year in more than 90%;coverage rate of iodized salt each year in more than 98%.Conclusion:Each county(city,district)The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt each year in more than 90%,shows that the Jingmen city in the realization of the goal to eliminate iodine deficiency disorders,salt iodization preventive measures continue to get a very good implementation.
