腔内泌尿外科技术治疗结石性脓肾的临床研究

Intracavitary urology technology in treatment of calculus of pus kidney clinical studies

目的:探讨腔内泌尿外科技术在结石性脓肾治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月至2015年2月就诊于我院的结石性脓肾患者共90例,64例给予微创的经皮肾镜取石术进行治疗,26例给予经尿道的输尿管镜取石术进行治疗。结果:在术后1年进行随访患者61例,肾功能得到恢复或部分得到恢复者40例,出现肾萎缩19例,进行肾切除3例。结论:腔内泌尿外科技术对于结石性脓肾的治疗是有效可行的,大部分的结石性脓肾可以给予保肾的治疗方式。

Objective:To explore the intracavitary urology technology in kidney treatment of calculi sepsis clinical effect.Methods:Select hospital between January 2013 and February 2013 in our hospital in the pus,a total of 90 patients with renal calculi sex,64 cases for minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment,26 cases were given a transurethral ureteroscopy lithotomy for treatment.Result:61cases of patients with postoperative follow-up for 1year,renal function restoration or partial restoration of 40 cases,renal atrophy(19cases),renal resection(3cases).Conclusion:Intracavitary urology technique is effective and feasible for pus,the treatment of renal calculi sex,most of the stones in sepsis kidney can give kidney treatment.
