肌腱蛋白C(Tenascin C)在组织纤维化中的研究进展

摘要 肌腱蛋白C属于细胞外基质糖蛋白,其在正常成人组织中几乎不可检测到,成人组织TnC表达上调通常与炎症、损伤、肿瘤新生等疾病状态有关。本文就TnC的分子结构以及在组织纤维化中的作用等方面的研究进展作一综述。
