临床路径作为我国新医改的重点内容和当前医院医疗改革的热点,正受到越来越广泛的关注。临床路径不仅是规范诊疗、提高质量、控制成本的有效途径,更是促进医院管理模式转变的新方法。本文将对临床路径开展的背景、定义、进程及实施、管理的现状作一综述。

Clinical pathway(CP),as the key content and the hot spot of the new medical reform,was attracted more and more attention.CP,is not only an effective way to standardize diagnosis and therapy,elevate the quality and control the cost of medical,but also a new method to improve the hospital management model.This article aimed to review the background,definition,process and the status of implementation and administration of CP.
