摘要
目的:观察光亮剂在器械等清洗过程的应用。方法:实验分2组进行,将同等污染程度的换药碗,方盘随机分两组,先将器械在自来水冲洗,然后放入1∶270的多酶清洗液中浸泡3-5分钟,再进行清洗,实验组执行的程序为冲洗—酶洗—漂洗—终末漂洗(纯化水加入光亮剂1∶200浸泡3分钟,干燥箱进行干燥10分钟),对照组执行传统程序为冲洗—酶洗—漂洗—终末漂洗—干燥(10分钟),比较两种清洗程序的器械清洗合格率。结果:换药包实验合格率为58.5%,对照组换药包合格率为20.5%,方盘实验合格率为70%,对照组方盘合格率为24%。2组明显数据差异均具有统计学意义。结论:换药碗包和方盘在清洗流程中漂洗环节使用光亮剂,可减少残留水垢斑和黄斑及增强器械光亮如新的现象,显著提高医疗器械物品的清洗合格率,延长了器械使用寿命。
Objective:To observe the brightener in the instrument and the application methods of cleaning process:the experiment is divided into 2 groups,the equivalent pollution degree of dressing bowl,square plate is divided into two groups at random,instrument in tap water rinse first,then add 1:more than 270 enzymes in the cleaning fluid soak for 3-5 minutes,then wash,experimental procedure of execution for washing,enzyme washing,rinsing,final rinse(purified water to join brightener 1:200 soak for 3 minutes,drying oven drying 10 minutes),control group performed traditional program for washing,enzyme washing,rinsing,final rinse,dry(10 minutes),comparing two cleaning equipment cleaning percent of pass of the program.Result:Dressing pack experiment percent of pass is 58.5%,the control group treatment package percent of pass is 20.5%,square plate experiment percent of pass is 70%,contrast formula percent of pass is 24%.Significant statistically significant difference were observed in the data in the 2 groups.Conclusion:Dressing bowl package and square plate use brightener rinse link during the cleaning process,can reduce the residual scale)and macular and enhance instrument if brightness is new phenomenon,significantly improve the qualified rate of medical equipment items of cleaning,prolong the service life of equipment.
