金匮肾气丸对支气管哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征的临床疗效观察

Effectiveness of jinkuishenqiwan in the treatment of Asthma and COPD Overlap Syndrome(ACOS)

目的:观察金匮肾气丸治疗支气管哮喘--慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征(aCoS)患者的有效性。方法:将60例aCoS患者随机分成两组,两组患者给与相同的抗炎、平喘、扩张支气管治疗,治疗组另给金贵肾气丸每日2次,一次1丸,2周后观察两组患者临床疗效、外周血Th1、Th2细胞及白介素4、γ干扰素表达水平。结果:治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组,治疗组治疗后血清Th1升高,Th2降低,Th1/Th2升高,il-4水平降低,ifn-γ水平升高,且与对照组相比,有显著差异(p<0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸可安全有效地辅助治疗aCoS患者。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of jinkuishenqiwan in the treatment of Asthma and COPD Overlap Syndrome.Methods:60 patients with Asthma and COPD Overlap Syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,All patients received treatment with anti-infection and broadening bronchus.The patients in TG received treatment with jinkuishenqiwan additionally twice daily.After two weeks,the levels of Th1 and Th2 were measured,and the levels of in-terleukin 4 and interferonγwere detected in two groups.Result:Compared with CG,the clinical effect was better in TG,the level of Th1 increased,and Th2 decreased,the level of IL-4 decreased and IFN-γincreased in serum.There were significant differences between TG and CG(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Jinkuishenqiwan is effective in treating Asthma and COPD Overlap Syndrome.
