非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症的临床效果分析

目的:分析研讨非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症疾病的临床状况。方法:此研究中所研讨的100例患者均随机从我院2013年4月至2016年1月期间所收治的痛风伴高尿酸血症患者中挑选而出,依据随机抽签法将100例患者分为50例对照组和50例研究组,对照组接受别嘌呤醇治疗,研究组接受非布司他治疗,将两组患者治疗状况做出对比分析。结果:从两组患者肝肾功能指数对比上来看,包含Cr、Bun、aST、alT指数,研究组和对照组之间,数据无统计学意义(p<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生6%和对照组16%之间对比,数据无统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:临床在治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症时可考虑给予非布司他治疗,疗效突出,安全性高,存在较大应用价值。

Objective:Analysis on the cloth,he treat gout with high uric acid hematic disease clinical status of the disease.Methods:The discussion in the study of 100 patients were randomly from our hospital between April 2013 and January 2013 the independent during the period of patients with high uric acid hematic disease with gout pick out,on the basis of random draw method 50 cases of 100 patients were divided into control group and 50 cases of group,control group treated with allopurinol,not cloth company he treated group,the situation to make comparison and analysis of two groups of patients.Result:From two groups of patients with liver and kidney function index contrast,containing Cr,BUN,AST,ALT index,between the group and the control group,the data has no statistical significance(P < 0.05).Team total complications compared to between 6% and 16%in control group,the data has no statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:In clinical treatment of gout with high uric acid hematic disease can be considered when the cloth,he was given prominent curative effect,high safety,there is a big application value.
