经鼻胃镜放置鼻空肠营养管在危重患者中的应用体会

The clinical application of the nasal jejunum nutrition tube placement by transnasal gastroscope in severe patients

目的:探讨经鼻胃镜在危重患者放置鼻空肠营养管的临床价值。方法:对120例危重需要肠内营养的患者,应用鼻胃镜引入导丝至空肠,退出胃镜,送入营养管,从另侧鼻腔进镜,观察盘曲、营养管到达Treize韧带以下情况。结果:鼻胃镜引导下放置空肠营养管成功率116例,4例盘曲,重新放置成功。病人耐受良好。结论:对于危重患者行经鼻胃镜放置鼻空肠营养管的方法有效。

Objective:To study the nasal endoscopy in critically ill patients with the clinical value of nasal jejunum nutrition tube placement.Methods:120patients with critical need of enteral nutrition,thread to jejunum,introduced application of nasal endoscopy,exit the gastroscope,into nutrition tube,on the other side into the nasal cavity mirror,observation in front,nutrition tube to reach Treize ligament of the following.Result:The success rate of nasal endoscopy guided jejunum nutrition tube placement in 116 cases,4cases in front,reposition the success.The patient well tolerated.Conclusion:For critically ill patients through the nasal gastroscope placed jejunum nutrition tube method is effective.
